1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 22nn platform, available at 22nn.click, operated by 22nn ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the platform, you ("User", "you") fully agree to the provisions of this document, as well as to the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use 22nn's services. Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the changes made.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 22nn and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with Valid and active CPF with the Federal Revenue Service;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any gambling platform;
• Not having had any account previously closed by 22nn for Terms violations.

Only one is allowed one account per person (identified by CPF). Creating multiple accounts is considered a serious violation and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with balance retention in accordance with applicable law.

Registration is free. When creating your account, you choose an email address and password that are your sole responsibility. Never share your login credentials. 22nn will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

22nn applies identity verification ("Know Your Customer" — KYC) procedures in line with industry best practices and applicable Brazilian law. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during use of the platform.

The documents typically requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport);
• Proof of address in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your identity document, when requested;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Document review takes up to 3 (three) business days. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. 22nn treats all documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with the LGPD.

4Deposits and Payments

22nn accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL) through the following methods:

• Pix — recommended method, funds available within seconds;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processing time of up to 3 business days;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20,00. There is no set maximum limit, but deposits above certain amounts may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves, using a payment method in their own name. Deposits made by third parties will be reversed and may result in account closure. 22nn does not charge fees on deposits — any banking fees are the responsibility of the user's bank or digital wallet.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 22nn are processed exclusively via Pix, with no fees charged. The process works as follows:

1. Go to "My Account" and click "Withdraw";
2. Enter the desired amount (minimum of R$ 20,00);
3. Confirm the destination Pix key (it must be linked to your CPF);
4. The amount is processed within up to 3 (three) minutes of approval.

Conditions that may affect withdrawal processing time:

• Pending KYC verification — withdrawals are suspended until your documents are approved;
• Bonus with unmet rollover — the bonus amount and any derived winnings remain locked until the wagering requirements are fulfilled;
• Suspected fraudulent activity — 22nn may request additional documentation before releasing the payment;
• Technical maintenance of the Pix system — situations beyond 22nn's control may exceptionally extend the processing time.

6Sports Betting

22nn offers Sports Betting across more than 100 competitions, with a strong focus on domestic football — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sul-Americana, and State Championships — as well as the Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and American football.

By placing a bet on 22nn, you confirm that:

• Understands the odds presented and accepts the risk involved;
• Does not hold any inside information about the event being bet on;
• Does not place bets on behalf of third parties or using third-party funds;
• Does not use automated systems, bots, or any third-party software to place bets.

Live betting (in-play) odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time by 22nn in the event of technical issues or irregularities. Bets confirmed before suspension remain valid.

Cancelled or postponed events: if an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the staked amount is refunded in full. If an event starts and is subsequently suspended, markets whose outcomes have already been determined are settled normally — the remaining ones are cancelled and refunded.

Cash Out: the cash out feature, when available, lets you settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is unfolding.

7Casino & Crash Games

The 22nn casino offers over 500 slots, live tables, and crash games from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Spribe, SmartSoft, and others. All games use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing labs such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs.

The RTP (return to player) for each game is published transparently on the platform. It is important to understand that RTP represents a statistical average calculated over millions of rounds — individual results in short sessions can vary significantly.

Progressive jackpots: the accumulated value of progressive jackpots available on 22nn is displayed in real time. The jackpot is paid out in full in BRL, credited directly to the winner's account balance.

8Bonuses & Promotions

22nn offers welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, and periodic promotions. Each offer has its own conditions, which are clearly presented before activation. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are valid only for accounts verified with a Brazilian CPF;
• An account may only use one welcome bonus — only the first deposit is eligible;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) must be met before any withdrawal of bonus balance or winnings derived from it;
• Only bets at minimum odds of 1.50 and slots bets with an RTP above 95% count toward the rollover, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• 22nn reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any derived winnings in the event of a violation of the terms of use;
• Unused bonuses expire within 30 (thirty) calendar days of being granted, unless otherwise stated.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on 22nn and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: creating or using more than one account with the same CPF or in another person's name;
• Identity fraud: submitting false documents or incorrect information during registration or KYC verification;
• Bonus abuse: using techniques to circumvent rollover conditions, such as hedge betting across different accounts;
• Use of automation: using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Match fixing: participating in or facilitating any scheme to manipulate sports or casino results;
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds of illicit origin in violation of Brazilian law;
• Unauthorized access: attempting to gain unauthorized access to 22nn systems or exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
• Harassment: abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior through any communication channel with 22nn.

10Account Closure

You can close your 22nn account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@22nn.click. Once the closure request is submitted:

• The available balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 (five) business days, provided KYC verification is complete;
• Open bets at the time of closure will be settled normally at the end of the respective events;
• Bonus balances with an unmet rollover requirement will be forfeited without refund;
• Your transaction history is available by email upon request.

22nn may also close an account on its own initiative in the cases set out in section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) or when required by legal obligation. In such cases, the user will be notified by email with the reasons for the closure, whenever permitted by applicable law.

Accounts closed due to self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the requested period. Once the self-exclusion period ends, the user may request reactivation subject to a new eligibility review.

11Responsible Gambling

22nn believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. That's why we provide responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account, with no hassle:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Betting limit: control the maximum amount wagered per day or per event;
• Voluntary break: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During the pause, deposits and bets are not permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent closure of your account. 22nn will not allow it to be reopened for a minimum period of 5 years;

12Data Protection

13Limitation of Liability

• Temporary access outages due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Internet connection issues on the user's end;
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Actions by malicious third parties (phishing, social engineering) not attributable to a security failure on the part of 22nn;
• Odds fluctuations between selection and bet confirmation in cases of extreme network latency.

22nn's total liability in relation to any individual user claim is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14Changes to the Terms

22nn may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, our operational practices, or the services we offer. Any material change will be communicated with a minimum advance notice of 15 (fifteen) days by registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the new version of the Terms takes effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you may close your account as described in section 10 before the effective date of the changes.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the 22nn platform, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the Jurisdiction of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
